First Time Account Creation(With Activation Link)
Even if you previously had a Tyler/SIS K-12 account, you will have to create a new account to access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
You should have already received an email from infinitecampus@wgmail.org that contains a unique activation link. Clicking this link will begin the portal creation account process. If you did not receive this email, please reach out to campus.help@wgmail.org.

- After clicking your unique activation link from your email, you should be brought to the page shown here.

Enter the username you would like to use when logging into the Parent Portal. We recommend using the email address to which the activation link was sent.

Enter the password you want to use to log into the Parent Portal. There are password complexity requirements listed below. You must reach 100% password strength in order to proceed.

Password must be at least eight characters.

Password must contain at least two of the following: uppercase characters, lowercase characters, numbers, special characters, such as !@#$%

Even if your password has 100% strength, you may receive the message shown below. This message just indicates that the password you've chosen has been found elsewhere on the internet in a data breach. It does not mean that any of your information has been compromised. It does mean you need to select a new password to proceed.

4. You will be brought to a confirmation page which has a link back to the Portal Login homepage.
5. Upon logging into the Portal for the first time using the username and password you just provided, you will be prompted to set up a security email, as shown here. Your account security email is the email to which any password or username reset requests will be sent. Your Campus Password is the password you entered in step 3.
