If your copier has a visible key pad, type in the 5 to 7 digit number found on your keycard and select the Log In button. If there's no visible key pad, select the ID number button.
Type in your 5 to 7 digit keycard number from the onâscreen Key Pad and select OK. Select the Log In button from the main screen.
Select Print All to print all your items. To scan a document to yourself, select the Scan button. To access normal device functions like copying, scanning to other people in the device address book, and faxing, select the Device Functions button then the Home Button on your device.
